Vaux Moselle Hautes Bassieres Pinot Noir

Château de Vaux was built in the 16th century and has changed many hands over the years (including someone described as an eccentric history teacher who I think we can all agree is Indiana Jones) and is now in the careful hands of a husband and wife team trained in Burgundy. The wines have been certified biodynamic since 2014 and this Pinot is a perfect example where natural wine and classical wine meet and the beautiful music they make when allowed to play together.
