Grillo and Nero d'Avola are co-fermented to create this red-fruit, acid driven, musky Sicilian bombshell. All native yeasts, aged in steel tanks, and bottle unfined. The FUSO project is designed to bring minimal intervention wines from organic growers to people as daily drinkers.
