Mani Di Luna Sanjolais Vino Rosso
Sanjolais comes from Italy made with 100% Sangiovese but fermented in a style known and loved by Beaujolais, France. Hence, the name. Semi-carbonic maceration for 2-3 weeks whole cluster creates easy drinkability, soft tannins, and lots of lively fruit. Hand-harvested, native yeast, no added sulfites, just natty glou-glou.
