Teutonic Wild Game Pinot Gris

Teutonic winemaker Barnaby Tuttle is careful to call this a red wine and not an orange so we're gonna adhere to his wishes. A couple weeks of skin contact on these grapes from the Borgo Pass vineyard in the Willamette does the trick and turns this beauty into a beautifull chillable red. Sour cherry, pomegrante, super versatile wine for most any occasion.
