This single malt whiskey from Springbank distillery in Campbeltown is aged for 7 years, including a final maturation period in carefully selected Pinot Noir casks from the Domaine Florent Garaudet winery in Monthelie, France. The result is a beautifully balanced whisky, combining the rich, peaty character of Longrow with the delicate fruitiness of Pinot Noir.
