Snow Angel Nigori Sake (180 ml)

A delicate, silky, unfiltered nigori sake from Hyogo. Off dry and balanced at 12.5% ABV. Lots of personality here: aromas of melon, lily flowers and cantaloupes, smooth and creamy texture, flavors of lychee, yellow flowers and strawberries with a lingering finish. Rich and delicious (but lighter bodied than many nigori).

Great with spicy foods!

Little Sumo Sake (200 ml)

Little Sumo is a Junmai Genshu sake, made from pure rice, water, koji & yeast and left undiluted to make a stout 18% ABV sake. It is a harmonious balance of sweet and dry, with elements of fruit and a nuttiness. Aromas of melon and plum, and a rich texture with flavors of Asian pear and almonds.
