Sassara Bardolino Goto Red Blend

This is a passion project out of Italy, just south of Lake Garda in the Veneto. Alessia Bertaiola and her husband Stefano, a 3rd generation winemaker whose family has owned this property for more than 50 years. The couple took over the estate in 2007 and immediately converted everything to biodynamic farming.

A blend of Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara best served with a chill!
