Unfiltered Saperavi from Kakheti in Georgia. Fermented in qvevri (large-clay jars buried underneath the ground) as is the tradition in the region. Brambly fruits, a touch of black pepper and earthiness - a young fresh Georgian qvevri red with finesse.
