Union Sacre is the project of two friends, Xavier and Phillip. After 35+ years of experience in central coast wines, and after one particuraly grueling harvest the two decided to start their own project. Also once you finish the bottle check-out the label on the other side.
This Pinot Noir comes from an organically farmed vineyard and is nice and bright!
